They made the entire process as transparent as possible. For someone who didn't have a vast array of property knowledge I felt very assured from the information that was provided about each property and the pros and cons associated. Adam & Julian managed to negotiate final terms for my first investment property and I couldn't have been happier with result. I honestly, could recommend the team more and I can't wait to continue working together in the future!
Tal Eloss helped me find my second investment property. I found the first one myself and the difference between the two is staggering. He found a property for me that I could not have found myself for sure and that too at a great price. I really enjoyed the process too, the best thing about Tal was, he did not try to force me in a particular direction and was always very objective in my discussions with him and let me reach the decision to buy that property myself, I never felt any pressure from him to close the deal in any of the initial properties that were shortlisted for me. Would definitely use the services of 1Group property advisory in future as I am a raving fan :-)
